No keys given, so must ring the manager everytime you go to your room. Not convenient if staying out late.

Nice breakfast and helpful staff. Good location in a quiet area with some restaurants nearby.
Tiny, claustrophobic rooms with barely enough space to move around. Uncomfortable bed with old, lumpy pillows.

Friendliness of the owners and staff. The location, the neighborhood and surrounding streets are very nice.
The hotel is somewhat far (by foot) from the nearest metro station. The breakfast was short in options. There is no working desk in the room Internet connection failed a couple of times

I recently had a great stay at this hotel in the Providencia district. The location is fantastic, situated in a very nice residential neighborhood with beautiful tree-lined streets. It was a peaceful and relaxing area to explore. Additionally, the hotel offers excellent value for money. The prices were reasonable and the attention to detail was evident throughout. The staff members were friendly and went above and beyond to assist me with any queries or issues that arose. They were attentive and provided top-notch service. The basic amenities in the rooms were comfortable and clean, and there was even a dedicated space for a computer, perfect for business travelers like myself. Lastly, the breakfast was a real highlight. It was included in the price and the variety of fresh, high-quality options was impressive.
All was simply fine, no major issues to report.

I spent my Christmas at a hotel in a safe, quiet and tree-filled residential area with a variety of restaurants within walking distance. The staff there was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The room was kept clean, comfortable, and air-conditioned. The wifi was fast and free. Breakfast was included in the room rate, and I enjoyed the fact that they cooked eggs to order.
The room was small compared to standard North American hotel rooms, but that was not a deal-breaker for me. The hotel was located a bit further away from the metro, but taxis were easily available and I felt safe walking in the neighborhood late at night.
